We want you to be fully satisfied with your Power Plate equipment; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all equipment is returned in its original packaging to ensure a smooth processing of your request.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions for your specific unit.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your Power Plate in its original box with all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
